Q.  Is anything else available with the daily hot entree?
A.  Yes, we are happy to meet all daily requirements for a well-balanced lunch for your child, with a side vegetable and fruit selection. 

Q. What is the deadline for placing online orders?
A. Orders must be placed by 9:00 p.m. the night before the day you want your meal. (Example: Monday's lunch must be ordered by Sunday at 9:00 p.m.)

Q. How do I cancel a meal that I placed online?
A. To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is a "Meals Order" section there you will see a link that says "cancel" next to the days for which you have ordered. Click on this link and confirm that you would like to cancel this meal. A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account.

Q.  Is a printable copy of my child's menu option available?
A.  Yes just download or print the monthly menu from our monthly menu area on this website. www.apluscateringaz.com/pdf/currentmenu.pdf

Q.  Does A Plus Catering give me a refund it my child is sick and cannot be at school?
A.  Because we have to purchase your child's food in advance, it would be impossible to refund for cancelled meals. A credit will be given if the meal is cancelled by 9pm the prior day.

Q. What is the Convenience or Transaction Fee for online orders?

A. Online Ordering is a service to allow online payments for your student’s school meal. Paying online is much more convenient than sending a check. The fee is designed to cover or offset the normal costs of processing credit card transactions and other costs associated with maintaining a credit card merchant account. The fee is included in your total transaction.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accepts eChecks, Discover, VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards carrying these logos are accepted.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
